The Dunlap Water System has worked diligently to prepare for emergency situations that may arise. The System has on-call personnel to handle leaks and customer problems 24 hours a day. The emergency telephone numbers are as follows:

To handle man-made or natural disasters the Water System in cooperation with the Tennesse Department of Environment and Conservation, Tennessee Association of Utility Districts, and the Tennessee Department of Community Development has developed a comprehensive plan to try to prepare for possible problems.
